Speech & Drama Specialist

Private Speech & Drama sessions designed to enrich communication and dramatic arts education through specialist teaching and mentorship. Offering individual and small group sessions, presentation and expressive coaching, and AMEB/VCE preparation.

Sessions draw on literature, poetry, storytelling, and dramatic techniques to strengthen voice, clarity, and expressive communication.

Our inclusive, highly individualised approach recognises each student's learning style. By combining strong technical foundations with expressive practice, we develop confident communication, presence, listening, resilience, leadership, and self-expression, essential life skills, within a warm, supportive environment.

Tell & Show Classes

A playful, story-led program for early learners where tiny tales become big adventures. Through voice, movement, music, puppetry, and imaginative play, children develop confidence, creativity, early communication and social skills in a warm, fun, and nurturing environment.

Children are introduced to storytelling and poetry through guided play, alongside rhythm, sound, and physical exploration that supports coordination, expression, and imagination. Inspired by a long-running international model where children play, discover, and flourish.

School Productions Limited Availability

Partnering with schools to create polished, joy-filled productions, from the first rehearsal to the final performance. Offering creative direction, ensemble and presentation coaching, choreography, staging, and production design, building communication, confidence, and community along the way.

Every production is shaped with energy, care, and artistic vision. Past productions include The Lion King, Honk!, Peter Pan, and original student-led works. Testimonials coming soon, but the smiles say it all.

Our Story

Welcome to Ranges Studio of Speech & Dramatic Arts, a quietly confident space where imagination grows, rooted in community, creativity, and care. Ranges Studio is shaped by the understanding that creativity doesn't look the same for everyone. We create environments that honour different voices, learning styles, and ways of expressing ideas, allowing creativity to unfold naturally and without comparison.

For over 25 years, I've worked across the creative arts, from classrooms and children's entertainment to large-scale musical productions. My journey has taken me from Melbourne Grammar to the Dublin Academy of Dramatic Arts, and back home to Braemar College in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, where local connection and creative practice continue to shape everything I do.

At the heart of Ranges Studio is the belief that creativity thrives when people feel safe, connected, and empowered. Guided by kindness and encouragement, we support young people to explore, experiment, and grow in confidence. As well as developing voice, presence, communication and expression through speech & dramatic arts.
